BUYING A USED CAR?

It might me be "encumbered" i.e. the seller still owes money on it - and if so it could be re-possessed by the bank or institution and you won't get your money back!

OBSERVATIONS and your driving test!

Good observation techniques - mirror checks, scanning and blind spot checks - are an mandatory part of "defensive driving" (driving to avoid crashing).
Your driving test examiner will be watching you closely to see that you perform correct observations throughout the test.
